Orugbo Convenes Inaugural Meeting of Udu PDP Stakeholders Forum.
——- Says PDP Will Rescue Nigeria.

A prominent leader of PDP in Delta State, Former Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council and Former Special Assistant to the National Chairman of PDP,
Chief(Hon.)Oghene-aga Andrew Orugbo, the Udugba of Udu Kingdom and the Omamowhoro of Okpe Kingdoms respectively, has convened the inaugural meeting of the Udu PDP Stakeholders Forum as Stakeholders of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) from all the Federal wards of Udu attended the meeting in their numbers.

In his welcome address, the former Hon.Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Former Hon.Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Delta state
charged all Udu PDP stakeholders in meeting that was held on Sunday 15/01/23 in Udu Local Government area of Delta State to vote for all PDP candidates in the forthcoming general elections because PDP is the only party to rescue Nigeria from its present economic quagmire. He stated that the birth of the Udu PDP Stakeholders Forum is an attempt at galvanising the people and residents of Udu LGA into a strong platform within the PDP for the purpose of positioning Udu LGA for greater benefits and development in the emerging political environment having lost so much ground in the past. According to Chief(Hon.) Orugbo, who was also a former State Legal Adviser of PDP, the Udu PDP Stakeholders Forum which was formed via a WhatsApp group by him last year is not an alternative to the PDP formal structure in Udu and it is not contending with the PDP, but rather it is meant to support and compliment the party in the mobilization of Udu People and residents as in the case of other pressure or lobby groups within the PDP. He stressed that the Forum will work and fight for the benefit and development of the people and residents of Udu LGA. It will work hard to bring infrastructural development to Udu by first supporting to install Governments in 2023 and following up with them and major stakeholders. Speaking further the Udu born legal luminary said In no distant time selection of members of the LGA Executive Committee of the forum would be carried out as the forum will fully mobilise for all PDP Candidates during the campaign for the 2023 general election. He appealed to all aggrieved members of the party in Udu to sheath their swords.

Others Stakeholders who spoke during the meeting thanked Hon. Orugbo for his foresight and his selfless services aimed at further making the party stronger at the Udu LGA. They promised to work in synergy with him to ensure that PDP wins 5/5 in Udu.
